摘要
研究了27SiMn液压支架油缸(准275mm×53mm×330mm)亚温淬火、不同淬火保温时间对组织和性能的影响。结果表明:(880~900)℃×50min淬火后性能较好;860℃回火有少量自由铁素体残留,其他各温度淬火,心部有网状铁素体存在,网状铁素体会降低材料的性能。
The effects of subcritical quenching processes and different holding time on the microstructure and properties of 27SiMn hydraulic support cylinder (φ275 mm × 53 mm × 330 mm) were studied. The results show that the better property can be obtained quenching at 880-900 ℃ for 50min; there are few free ferrite residues at the tempering temperature of 860 ℃ and the ferrites net exists at the core at all the other quenching temperatures. The ferrite net can reduce the properties of the material.
