摘要 冶金及热处理工艺过程的控制是现代机械工业制造的关键技术,PID控制技术以其结构简单、无需建立数学模型、稳定性好等优点引起了人们的广泛关注。本文综述了各种PID控制技术在冶金及热处理中的应用进展,并展望了冶金及热处理行业控制技术的发展趋势。 Metallurgy and heat treatment process control is a key technology of modem industrial machinery manufacturing. PID control has some advantages including simple structure, no need of mathematical model and good stability caused extensive concern. The research on PID control in metallurgy and heat treatment was summarized, and the development trend of control techniques in metallurgy and heat treatment was prospected.
