含碳钼镍矿浸出前金属元素富集工艺技术研究 被引量:6

Enriching Metal Elements of Carbonaceous Molybdenum-Nickel Ore before Leaching

摘要 针对含碳钼镍矿中钼镍难于高效回收的问题,在原有高压氧氨浸出工艺基础上,利用浮选进行预先抛尾,提高浸出的入料品位,从而提高浸出效率。采用BK-301捕收剂及羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)抑制剂进行了钼镍混合浮选的实验研究。通过条件实验,确定了最佳磨矿制度和最佳药剂制度,并分别进行了开路实验和闭路实验,闭路实验获得了钼品位6.69%,回收率88.91%;镍品位5.43%,回收率84.02%的选矿指标。实验结果表明,CMC对碳质物的抑制效果显著,减少了碳对浮选过程的影响,BK-301对硫化矿捕收效果较好,能够实现对Mo,Ni的高效捕收,该工艺流程比较简单,作为选-冶结合工艺的前期处理,达到了很好的指标,实现了对碳的有效抑制和Mo,Ni的高效富集,也为后续的浸出工艺创造了条件。 For the efficient recovery of carbonaceous Mo-Ni ore, the technique of combining flotation with hydrometallurgy was used. On the basis of original process of hyperbaric oxygen ammonia leaching, flotation to pre-discarding railings was used to improve the leaching grade and the efficiency of leaching. The collector BK-301 and the inhibitors sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) were a- dopted in Mo-Ni mixed floatation tests. Through flotation condition tests, the best grinding system and the best reagent regime were de- termined. The open test and closed-circuit test were also carried out. The closed-circuit test acquired a concentrate containing 6.69% of Mo with molybdenum recovery of 88.91% , and 5.43% of Ni with nickel recovery 84.02%. Test results showed that CMC had a re- markable inhibition effect to carbonaceous material to reduce the influence of carbon on flotation process, and the BK-301 of sulphide ore collecting effect was good, which could realize the Mo, Ni efficient collecting. As the pre-treatment of dressing-metallurgy process, this process was simple and achieved a good index. It could realize the effective inhibition of carbon and the efficient enrichment of Mo- Ni to provide a prerequisite for the follow-up of the leaching.
