SU插孔的冲压加工方法

摘要 通过对SU插孔零件的工艺性分析,确定了用冲压方法来加工SU插孔的扁和小槽,并通过变形抗力F和冲裁力P的计算验证了冲压方法的可行性。加工工序分为切扁、撕口和切废料,介绍了切扁模、撕口模和切料模的设计以及模具的工作原理。生产实际证明,该冲压方法加工的SU插孔生产效率高,产品质量好。 By the process analysis of SU socket, it was confirmed to use stamping to make the socket's flat and small slot. Feasibility of the stamping process was tested by the calculating of deformation resistance F and blanking force P. The forming process was divided into flat cutting, tearing and waste blanking. Design and working principle of flat cutting mould, tearing mould and waste blanking mould was introduced. The production practice shows that SU sockets formed in the stamping method were in high production efficiency and good quality.
