摘要 高钛高炉渣是高炉炼铁过程中排出的固体废弃物,随着弃置量增大,产生的问题也日趋严重。通过分析我国高钛高炉渣的现状及特点,阐述了对其综合利用的重要意义,并从高钛高炉渣的特性和矿物相结构出发,回顾了高钛高炉渣综合利用的研究进展。系统地介绍了高钛高炉渣在制备混凝土材料、矿渣砖、墙体材料和新型矿棉等建筑材料,以及提取其中钛资源的应用情况。阐述了二次资源综合利用的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。从资源有效利用和产业化的角度,指出了未来高钛高炉渣的技术开发与综合利用的发展方向。 High titanium blast furnace slag is a kind of solid waste generated from steelmaking. The problems caused by high titanium blast furnace slag increasingly severer with the increase of slags discharge amount. This paper is analysed the current situation and characteristics of high titanium blast furnace slag, and the importance of comprehensive utilization of high titanium blast furnace slag was discussed. According to mineral characteristics and phase structure of high titanium blast furnace slag, the research progress on comprehensive utilization of the high titanium blast furnace slag is reviewed. The research progress on extraction of titanium and the application in building materials such as concrete type mineral wool were introduced systematically. It is pointed materials, slag brick, materials for wall and new out that the comprehensive utilization of renewable resources is of great value in bringing about economic, environmental, and social benefits. From the perspective of efficient use of resources and industrialization, the development direction for technology exploration and comprehensive utilization of high titanium blast furnace slag is pointed out, and extraction of titanium-recycle of titanium recovering slag is our necessary choice in order to realize the sustainable development.
