现代战争给人类造成的灾难性后果,越来越引起人们的广泛关注,同时也向世人提出了一个新的课题:人类如何在全球范围内加强环境道德建设。可持续发展不仅局限于中国,任何国象和地区的发展都不能以损害别国和地区的发展为代价;一个国家需要有明确的道德规范,国际社会也应确立起基本的环境道德规范。

People pay more and more attention to the disasters causedby modern wars. which puts forward a new subject to the human being:how can the man strengthen environ-ment morality globally. Continuable development is not limited in a state and no country or district should develop at the cost of damaging any other. A state should have clear morality criteria and the international community should also establish fundamental environment morality criteria.
