摘要
本文通过研究反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对反应进程的影响,对磷钨杂多酸(HPA)催化松香裂解反应及反应动力学进行了研究。结果表明:在杂多酸催化剂用量大于 0. 05%、反应温度高于 180℃的条件下,杂多酸可将松香裂解为油状物;经气相色谱/质谱( GC/ MS)分析证实该产物主要由松香裂解和氧化产生的环烯烃、芳香烃和芳香酮等组成。
The cracking reaction of rosin catalyzed by phosphatic and tungstenic heteropoly acids is studied, in discussing the factors affecting the reaction in detail. The amount of the catalysts should be over 0. 05% in weight of the rosin and the reaction temperature should be over 180℃. The cracked products of rosin are liquid oil, and the chemical constituents of the oil are analyzed by GC - MS, which shows that the main components are cycloolefins, aromatic hydrocarbon and arone.
