摘要
在原钨极惰性气体保护焊(GTAW)条件下,提出了与高频能量耦合的脉冲电弧效应及其焊接工艺特性;提出以多电极并联聚束为特征、能增强电弧"自磁收缩"和气体"热电离"效应为主导机理的焊接电弧结构,实现电弧能量密度和工艺性能的提高;本研究为推动新一代焊接电弧具有"控形"与"控性"两方面的功能提供了思路。
A proposal for establish high energy density arc in hyper-normal mode under the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding condition is pu! forward.The main mechanisms for enhancing energy density are according to the effects of self-magnetic convergence and thermal-ionization.The physical structure is based on muhi-electrode for arc aggregation.h would enhance argon ionization degree and higber arc energy density under circu,nstances in the proposal.Furthermore,the efficacy of the arc coupling with high frequency pulsed current is investigaled to obtain better joint property.
