摘要
为了研究不锈钢保护剂的焊接性,分别对焊缝进行了宏观形貌、接头微观组织、化学成分、力学性能等试验。试验结果表明,采用保护剂对焊缝进行保护,焊缝未被氧化,成形良好,接头微观组织、化学成分、力学性能均未受到影响。在使用保护剂后,焊接电流、焊接速度、涂抹厚度对焊缝的成形性和抗氧化性产生了影响。
In the case of the back shielding fluxes protection,all kinds of welding tests were done,which included weht macro morphology,microstructure,chemical composition and mechanical properties.The result indicated that using specimen with back protective agent can receive silvery white weld with smooth surface,suitable reinforcement;there is no effect on the microstructure,the chemical composition and the mechanical properties.Main Factors influence of protective efl^ct are welding current,welding speed, smearing thickness and mass ratio.
