摘要
永磁直流电动机以其体积小、效率高、结构简单、运行可靠、调节特性好(调节特性线性度好、调节范围宽且便于控制)等优点,广泛运用于焊接送丝领域。从永磁直流电动机的稳态运行特性、电机运行特性的温度敏感性、动态特性几个方面对电机的特性进行阐述,为送丝电机的造型提供参考。
Magnetic DC motor with its small size,high efficiency,simple structure,reliable operation,good regulation characteristics (regulation characteristics of good linearity, wide adjustable range and easy to control) and other advantages,is widely used in the field of welding wire feeding.From the permanent magnet DC motor steady state characteristic of motor operating characteristics ,temperature sensitivity, dynamic characteristic of the motor characteristics are described.
