The fault diagnosis of electronic circuit

介绍电子电路故障分类及常规诊断方法,以实例形式阐述如何综合运用这些诊断方法。故障诊断案例以有某电子部件为对象,先从原理上分析该电子部件各单元电路的功能,通过测量将故障定位到一个单元电路,运用Saber对故障单元电路建立故障模型进行仿真,最后根据故障模型判定具体的故障器件。

In this paper, fault diagnosis are described and examples introduce a troubleshooting program.The article firstly introduced the electronic circuit fault classification and diagnosis method with examples, then explained how the integrated use of these diagnostic methods.Fauh diagnosis of a case with electronic components for the object, first from the theory of the electronic component function of each unit circuit,through the actual measurement fault location to a unit circuit,using Saber to build unit fault circuit fault model simulation,finally according to.the fault model to test the specific fault device.
