知识经济是建立在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用基础上的经济。其特征是以知识为基础，是具有全球化、信息化可持续发展的经济，是最富生命力的崭新经济。知识创新和技术创新是企业生存和发展的决定因素。产业知识化要求人的知识化；企业创新是企业生存之本；积极开发高科技和扩大企业创新成果，才能赢得市场优势。为适应知识时代需要，企业创新要重视和充分利用人力资源；学会知识经营；开展网络经营。
Intellectual and technological creativities are the decisive factors for the exiztence and development of enterprises. Only by developing zophisticated (technology, and increase the creative achievements, can enterprises win the market superiority. In order to meet the needs of the times, enterprises must think highly of and make the best use of human resources, learn to run business in an intellectual way and start network business.
