目前很多高校同时使用多个管理信息系统,造成系统独立和信息分散的现状。本系统目的在于整合多个系统的信息数据,将数据发送给相关人员进行查询。对于紧急信息,系统还可以提供邮件和短信等主动通知方式通知相关人员,做到准确快速投放信息。由于本系统没有针对高校环境做特定假设,所以本系统可以经过简单的修改应用于其他环境,具备良好的通用性。

Many colleges and universities always use multiple MIS simultaneously, leading to system independent and scattered information. This system aims to integrate the information and data of multiple systems, to provide relevant data to the staff query. For emergency information, the system can also provide e-mail and SMS notification method to send information quickly and accurately. The system does not make specific assumptions for the university environment, so the system can be used in other environments through simple modifications. The svstem has ~ood versatility.
