摘要
目的了解牙齿缺失后牙槽骨吸收变化规律,指导义齿设计制作。方法选择22例肯氏Ⅱ类牙列缺损患者,上下颌弓大小异常,设计正常牙合和非正常牙合2副义齿,同时选择15例正常颌关系者作为对照组,比较各组义齿修复前后的咀嚼效率。结果颌弓大小异常患者采用反牙合排牙的戴用义齿舒适,其咀嚼效率高于正常排牙者(P<0.05)。结论异常颌弓大小患者采取反牙合修复有利于咀嚼功能的发挥。
Objective To understand the rule of alveolar bone resorption variation from tooth loss, so as to guide the denture design. Methods A total of 22 patients of Kennedy class Ⅱ dentition where the lower residual ridge had a broader arch form than the upper provided for the crossbite arrangement and the normal arrangement in the dentures, and 15 cases with the normal jaw relation were selected as a control group. Results The masticatory efficiency of patients after the crossbite arrangement of the denture were higher than that of the normal arrangement(P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The crossbite arrangement of the denture is helpful for the abnormal relationship patients.
