多肽蛋白和基因药物给药体系研究进展

Recent progress in controlled delivery of protein and gene drugs

摘要 多肽与蛋白类药物已经有多种进入临床。采用接生物相容性好的长链分子,能保护蛋白不被消化、延长体内循环时间。基因治疗是正在研究的新治疗方法,是否能走向临床应用的关键在于其传递体系,跨越多重生物屏障进入细胞、提高细胞基因转染效率、降低细胞毒性。在这些药物体内环境响应性给药系统方面也有一定的进步。 This paper reviews the progress in recent research in drugs of bio-macromolecules. The controlled delivery of peptide and protein is briefly introduced in the first part. Many efforts have been focus on protecting the protein from digestion and extending the circulation by chemically linking poly (ethylene glycol). The development in gene therapy including targeting cells, increasing efficiency of transactions and reducing toxicity is introduced in the second part. The stimulus responsive drug delivery systems for protein and gene are also summarized.
