Through two year comparative experiments on cultivated density, species, dose of chemical utilization, fertilizer application and different seedtime, we obtained some useful results. The results demonstrated high output of summer seeded sunflower in Shangcai county can be reached by adopting the following measurements:seeding in the growth period of San Do mei, density 30000 350000 individual/hm\+2, basic fertilizer(N187.5kg,P\-2O\-5150kg,K\-2O225kg)perhectare and planting in the first ten day of July.
