Bell麻痹病因及发病机制研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 Bell麻痹占所有单侧周围性面神经麻痹病例的60%～75%,其病因至今仍不清楚,目前认为可能与病毒感染和自身免疫性因素有关。Bell麻痹是细胞免疫介导的周围神经系统脱髓鞘疾病,在大多数病例中,可能是吉兰-巴雷综合征(Guillain-Barrésyndrome,GBS)的一种特殊类型。治疗方面,应尽早使用抗病毒药物如阿昔洛韦或伐昔洛韦,并短期口服糖皮质激素治疗;单克隆抗体和/或T细胞免疫治疗有望成为针对Bell麻痹的一种特异性疗法。
