肌电图正常的MELAS型线粒体脑肌病1例报道

1 病例报告
患者女性，13岁，初中学生。因“头痛2周”入院。2012—03—16患者无明显诱因突然出现左侧颞枕部阵发性跳痛，伴发作性恶心、呕吐，无畏光、畏声、发热及癫痫发作等。2d后，当地医院行脑MRI提示左侧颞枕叶异常信号，诊断为“病毒性脑炎”，治疗后病情无好转，遂于03—28至作者医院就诊，门诊检查发现其反应迟钝、言语含糊不清晰。
