摘要
井下水、回(乏)风是伴随煤矿整个开采过程但并未被充分利用的自然资源,是煤炭生产过程中的伴生能源。煤矿井下水一般水温在10℃,矿井回风一般温度在14℃以上。通过热泵技术提取其中7℃左右温差的热能,将这部分低温热能搬移、压缩,温度提升至80℃左右,变成高温热能,用于供热和其他用途。根据热泵技术专利开发的风源热泵和水源热泵属无污染的清洁能源设备,成为国家推广的环保节能产品,技术成熟,在河北、山东等地被广泛应用推广。对此项技术在大同煤矿集团公司的应用进行了可行性分析。
