摘要
近年来,商业银行违规查询使用客户个人信用报告、侵犯客户信息权益的现象时有发生。通过对商业银行侵害客户征信信息权益的表现形式、深层原因等进行分析,借鉴国外征信业成熟国家维护信息主体权益的经验做法,从加强对商业银行监管的角度提出如何维护客户征信信息权益的建议。
In recent years, such violation phenomena have occurred as commercial banks query ana use oi customer personal credit reports in violation, infringing upon customer information interests, etc. An analysis is made on the manifestation forms of and the underlying causes for the commercial banks' infringement on the interests of customer credit information, and lessons are taken from the experiences and practices in foreign countries with mature credit reference industry on how to safeguard the participant interests. Proposals are made for maintaining customer information interests from the perspective of commercial bank supervision.
