Inquiry into Social Credit System Construction in Jiangsu Province Based on Governmental Function Perspectives

从政策和法律环境方面研究江苏省社会信用体系建设的现状。运用SWOT分析法指出江苏省社会信用体系建设所具备的优势、劣势以及面临的外部机会和威胁,从信用立法、社会信用氛围营造、信用体系建设的市场化运作等方面为江苏省社会信用体系建设提出有益的建议。

By studying the present status quo of the social credit system construction in Jiangsu province from the policy and legal environment aspects, and using the SWOT analysis framework, a comprehensive analysis is made on the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages during the construction of social credit system in Jiangsu province. A conclusion is made that it＇ s essential to further speed up the process of the social credit system construction in Jiangsu province from such respects as the credit legislation, social credit environment construction,the market - oriented operation of credit system construction, etc.
