摘要
应用HHCOSY、HMQC、HMBC核磁共振技术 ,参考1 9F与1 H及1 3C的偶合裂分情况 ,对抗菌新药加替沙星的1 H、1 3CNMR谱的信号进行了全归属 .测定了加替沙星的偶合常数1 JHF=1 2 .3Hz,1 JCF=2 52 .1Hz,2 JCF=2 3.5Hz,2 JCF=1 1 .6Hz,3JCF=8.2Hz,3JCF=5.9Hz及其它有关数据 .
With techniques of HHCOSY,HMQC and HMBC, in addition to the acqired coupling patterns of 19 F with 1 H and 13 C in the molecule of the new antibacterial agent gatifloxacin, its 1 H and 13 C NMR signals were fully assigned. The coupling constants 1 J HF , 1 J CF , 2 J CF , 3 J CF and other relevant spectral data of gatifloxacin were also measured.
