摘要
目的:探讨2/100 Hz电针(EA)刺激不同穴位组合对人体NK细胞活性和吞噬指数的影响。方法:应用形态学和MTT方法,给予健康人每天2/100 Hz EA 30 min,观察电针刺激不同穴位组合对NK细胞活性和吞噬指数的作用。结果:2/100 Hz EA刺激右曲池-右中渚、左承山-左昆仑穴位组合后NK细胞活性和吞噬指数均无明显变化;而刺激大椎-右曲池、左足三里-左三阴交穴位组合,在末次EA的当天和停EA后第1 d的NK细胞活性和吞噬指数均有明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:2/100 Hz EA刺激大椎、曲池、足三里和三阴交等穴位组合可加强NK细胞活性和吞噬指数,证实了电针调节免疫功能具有穴位特异性。
Objective:To explore the effect of 2/100 Hz electroacupuncture(EA) at different acupoints on NK cell activity and phagocytic index in human.Methods:Application of morphology and MTT method,different acupoints combination was selected and given to healthy people daily electrical acupoint stimulation for 30 minutes,to detect the effect of 2/100 Hz EA on NK cell activity and phagocyte function in humans.Results:The effect of 2/100 Hz EA at different acupoints on NK cell activity and phagocytic index was observed,NK cell activity and phagocytic index did not change significantly when stimulating the acupoint combination such as right Quchi-right Zhongzhu and left Chengshan-left Kunlun;and when stimulating acupoint combination such as Dazhui-right Quchi and left Zusanli-left Sanyinjiao in the last day of and the 3rd day after EA treatment,NK cell activity and phagocytic index changed significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:NK cell activity and phagocytic index were enhanced by stimulation of 2/100 Hz EA at different acupoints combination of Dazhui-Quchi-Zusanli and Sanyinjiao,the efficacy of EA immune modulation varied with different acupoints combination,i.e.acupoint speciality.
