LASIK术后干眼的临床分析

目的:探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后干眼的临床情况。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法对已行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术手术的402例(713眼)患者进行研究,观察术前及术后不同时期的干眼症状及各项干眼相关指标的检测。结果:术后1周至3月与术前比较干眼症状加重、角膜荧光着色眼数明显增加、泪膜破裂时间明显缩短、泪液分泌量减少、泪液乳铁蛋白的含量减少,与术前比较差异具有统计学意义;术后6月出现干眼症状例数较少,各项泪液学检测指标与术前比较差异无统计学意义。结论:干眼症是准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后的常见并发症,与手术损失导致泪膜稳定性下降相关,通常在半年后恢复正常。

Objective:Explore excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) postoperative dry eyes of clinical situation.Method:Methods A total of 403 postoperative patients(713eyes) were analyzed retrospectively.We observed respectively the dry eye symptoms and the dry eye related index test.Result:Compared preoperation with postoperation one week to 3 months,more dry eye symptoms aggravate,corneal fluorescent color eyes significantly increased,the number Break up time of tear film,fracture time significantly shortened,tear secretion,tears breast reduction of iron protein content decreased,and the difference is significant.6 months after operation,dry eye symptoms appeared less,all kinds of tears measured index showed no significant differences from that of the pre-operation.Conclusion:Dry eye syndrome is a common complication after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis,it has something to do with the stability of tear film decreases,it will recover half a year later usually.
