护理干预在维持血液透析患者动静脉内瘘中的疗效观察

Observation of the action of maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula nursing intervention

目的:探讨对维持血液透析患者行动静脉内瘘护理干预的临床应用效果观察。方法:将81例维持血液透析患者随机分为实验组49例及对照组32例,两组患者均行维持血液透析患者行动静脉内瘘常规临床护理,而实验组在常规护理基础上还增加一些护理干预措施,并对这些患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理干预措施进行回顾分析。结果:实验组49例患者术后有43例患者内瘘功能良好,使用时间均>2年,开放率为87.76%;而对照组32例患者术后有23例患者内瘘功能良好,使用时间均>1.5年,开放率为71.88%;内瘘闭塞现象,实验组为9例(18.37%),而对照组为15例(46.87%)。结论:通过对需要维持血液透析的动静脉内瘘患者临床行护理干预措施,可有效预防内瘘阻塞、感染以及动脉瘤等并发症,进而最大限度的延长内瘘的使用寿命,对提高患者生活质量也同样具有十分重要的临床意义。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the action of maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula nursing intervention.Methods:81 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(49 cases) and control group(32 cases),two groups of patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula in routine clinical care,and in the experimental group received routine nursing basis also increase the number of nursing intervention measures,and these patients with arteriovenous fistula retrospective analysis of clinical nursing interventions.Results:In the experimental group of 49 patients,43 patients with fistula function is good in the postoperative period(>2 years),open rate is 87.76%;while in the control group of 32 patients,23 cases of fistula of patients with good function(>1.5 years),open rate is 71.88%;arteriovenous fistula occlusion phenomenon,the experimental group was 9 cases(18.37%),and 15 in the control group(46.87% cases).Conclusion:Arteriovenous internal fistula clinical nursing interventions based on the need of maintenance hemodialysis patients may be effective in the prevention of fistula obstruction,infection and aneurysmal complications,and prolonging the service life of the fistula,to improve patients' quality of life.
