45例卵巢过激综合征患者的临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing care in 45 cases with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrom

目的:探讨卵巢过激综合征患者有效的临床观察和护理方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2009～2011年间收治的45例卵巢过激综合征患者的临床资料,总结临床观察及护理要点。结果:本组45例卵巢过激综合征患者经有效治疗和护理后,临床症状及体征有显著缓解,未发生严重并发症,均治愈出院。结论:通过对卵巢过激综合征患者实施有效的临床观察和护理能够显著改善患者的临床症状及体征,提高临床治愈率。

Objective ：To investigate the effective clinical observation and nursing methods of patient with ovarian hypers- timulation syndrome. Methods ： A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 45 cases with ovarian hyperstimulation syn- drome in our hospital from 2009 to 2011, summarized the main point of clinical observation and nursing. Results ：45 cases with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome treated by effective treatment and nursing, clinical symptoms and signs had signifi- cant remission, no serious complication occurred, all patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion：With effective clini- cal observation and nursing care for patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, the clinical symptoms and signs can be improved significantly with the improvement of cure rate.
