“情景再现教学法”在装备实践教学中的应用

Application of "Reappearance of Scene Teaching Method" in Equipment Practice Teaching

根据历届"战剑"毕业综合演练成果,结合平常教学经验,对演练过程中学员存在的主观能动性作用发挥不够明显、组织训练能力偏低、装备操作不熟练、敌情观念不强等问题进行了研究,提出从集中讲解以掌握基本技能、角色模拟以培养主角意识和增强主观能动性、激励式教学偏重能力评价和素质评价、深入部队以提高教学能力、"情景再现"模拟实战环境等方面开展装备组训教学,以提高学员在复杂战场环境中的装备操作能力,为学员尽快适应第一任职需要打下坚实的基础。

This paper analyzed the problems in equipment practice teaching and proposed the teaching method of concentrating on teaching to master basic skills, role simulation to enhance subjective initiative, incentive teaching to emphasize on ability evaluation and quality evaluation, going into troops to improve teaching competence, using ＂reappearance of scene＂ to simulate combat environment. Practice proves that the proposed method can improve students＇ equipment operating capability in the complex battlefield environment and lay a solid foundation for students＇ quick adaption to their first posts.
