时代发展和科学实验教学的需要,赋予实验教学安全管理以人为本原则新内涵,在安全管理活动中按照能级原则、动力原则和激励原则,建全实验教学安全管理组织机构、完善管理制度、营造文化氛围、提升教师安全素养、建立安全监督检查激励机制,保障以人为本原则实验教学安全管理实践中的真正体现和充分运用,提高实验教学安全管理有效性。
With the development of society and demand of experimental teaching, people-orientation principle is enriched in security management. According to the power principle, capability principle and motivation principle, perfecting organizational structure, building up culture atmosphere, enhancing teachers' safety quality and establishing incentive mechanism of safety supervision and inspection, then the people-oriented principle can be ensured to.embody and apply in the practice of security management, and improve the effectiveness of the management in experimental teaching.
