几种杀菌剂树干注药对板栗疫病的防治效果

Control effect of trunk injection against Cryphonectria parasitica in Castanea mollissima with fungicides

通过室内抑菌及田间树干注药药效试验,探讨戊唑醇、烯唑醇、己唑醇、甲霜灵等几种杀菌剂对板栗疫病的防治效果。结果表明,室内戊唑醇、烯唑醇、己唑醇、甲霜灵等几种药剂对板栗疫病病原菌菌丝生长均有一定的抑制作用,其EC50在(0.24～65.64)mg/L之间,其中戊唑醇的抑制作用最强,其EC50为0.24 mg/L,其次为烯唑醇和己唑醇,EC50分别为0.28 mg/L和0.29 mg/L。戊唑醇对板栗疫病病原菌孢子毒力最高,EC50为0.67 mg/L。田间树干注药,10%戊唑醇注干杀菌剂对板栗疫病的防治效果最佳,按树干地径1 mL/cm的注药量防效83.85%,可有效控制板栗疫病的危害,其次为10%烯唑醇和10%己唑醇,防效依次为73.19%和71.03%。

The bioassay in lab and trunk injection in the field of some fungicides against Cryphonectria parasitica were conducted. The results of bioassay showed that the 6 fungicides （ tebuconazole, hexacon- azole, metalaxyl, procymidone, diniconazole and dimethomorph） could inhibit the mycelium growth of C. parasitica, their ECs0 values were between 0.24 mg/L and 65.64 mg/L. Tebuconazole showed the highest antifungal activity with an ECs0 value of 0.24mg/L, followed by diniconazole and hexaconazole with the ECs0 values of 0.28mg/L and 0. 29mg/L,respectively. The bioassay showed that there was a significant difference among tebuconazole, hexaconazole, metalaxyl and diniconazole in the inhibition effect on spore germination of C. parasitica, in which tebuconazole showed highest antifungal activity with an ECs0 value of 0. 67mg/L. Field experiments showed that in four fungicides, the tebuconazole 10% formulation for trunk injection exhibited higher efficiency. The control effect could reach 83.85% at the dose of lmL for each centimeter＇s trunk ground diameter. Diniconazole 10% and hexaconazole 10% formulation for trunk injection also showed high efficiency of 73.19 % and 71.03 %, respectively.
