干扰素刺激基因15/泛素特异性蛋白酶18在丙型肝炎病毒慢性感染和干扰素抵抗中的作用机制

摘要 IFN联合利巴韦林是目前公认的治疗丙型肝炎的标准方案,然而对于慢性丙型肝炎患者经联合抗病毒治疗后达到持续病毒学应答的只有约50%。在造成IFN应答不佳的众多因素中,IFN抗病毒作用信号通路,尤其是对IFN刺激基因的研究逐渐成为热点,其中IFN刺激基因15(interferon stimulated gene 15,ISG15)和泛素特异性蛋白酶18(ubiquitin-specific protease 18,USPl8)在HCV逃避固有免疫和IFN抵抗方面发挥着重要作用。
