替米沙坦对糖尿病大鼠肾脏表达E-选择素的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨替米沙坦对E-选择素(E-selectin)表达的影响和对糖尿病肾病(DN)的保护作用。方法左肾切除后单次腹腔注射50 mg/kg链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病(DM)大鼠模型,随机分成DM组、替米沙坦组(5 mg.kg-1.d-1)和正常对照组。用免疫组化及Western印迹的方法检测12 w后大鼠肾脏E-selectin表达的改变。结果与正常对照组相比,DM组及替米沙坦组E-selectin表达明显增加(P<0.01);而替米沙坦组E-selectin表达显著低于DM组(P<0.01)。结论替米沙坦可抑制DM大鼠肾脏E-selectin的表达,延缓DN发生、发展。
