原始三叉动脉瘤伴颈内动脉床突上段动脉瘤一例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 原始三叉动脉是胚胎性颈内动脉与基底动脉之间最常见的一种永久吻合，临床上偶见，可伴有其他脑血箭异常，如动脉瘤等，但原始三叉动脉本身发出的动脉瘤很少见，伴有原始三叉动脉瘤的多发性动脉瘤则极为罕见，现报道1例我院收治的原始三叉动脉瘤伴同侧颈内动脉床突上段动脉瘤病例并对相关文献进行复习。
