京津唐电网供热机组冬季调峰能力分析 被引量:9

摘要 由于供热机组占总装机的比例不断提高,以及风电等新能源发电的大规模并网,冬季供暖期的电网调峰问题突显。特别是对于京津唐电网这样城市负荷特性明显的电网,研究如何合理安排供热机组参与调峰,对于提高电网调峰能力具有重要的现实意义。本文根据实际调度运行经验,探索性提出适合京津唐电网的供热机组冬季调峰能力评估方法,对供热机组实际运行情况进行了对比分析,探讨了电力调度机构进一步加强供热机组管理的方向。分析结果表明,该方法可有效提升京津唐电网调峰能力,促进电网调度精益化发展。 As the proportion of the total installed capacity of the heating unit is rising and large scale integration of wind power and other new energy power generation into grid, the winter heating period power peaking problems high- lighted. Especially for Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Power Grid with obvious load characteristics, the research on arranging the heating unit to involve in peaking has important practical significance for power peaking capacity. According to the actual scheduling operating experience,the paper proposed a method of assessing heating unit winter peaking capacity for the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid, comparatively analyzed the actual operation of the heating unit, explored the power dispatch agencies to further strengthen the management of the heating unit. The analysis resuhs show that this method can effectively improve the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Power Grid peaking capacity and promote the lean development of power grid dispatching.
