摘要
随着电网规模的不断扩大,采用传统的PSS难以抑制区域间联络线的低频振荡,限制了传输能力的提高。提出了采用静止无功补偿器(SVC)的附加控制来实现区域间振荡的阻尼控制,以机组变化的角速度偏差作为SVC阻尼控制信号,并在simulink中通过时域仿真,验证了具有附加阻尼控制作用的SVC能有效地抑制区域间低频振荡。
With continuous expansion of the grid scale,it's difficult to use the traditional PSS to suppress low-frequency oscillation of the contact line between the areas,limiting the transmission capabilities. Additional control of a static var compensator ( SVC ) is proposed to implement the inter-area oscillation damping control and unit change in angular velocity deviation as SVC damping control signal. Time-domain simulation in simulink verified the additional damping control action SVC can effectively suppress low frequency oscillation.
