同步时钟对相量测量装置的干扰分析

摘要 电力系统中功角、电压、频率动态变化皆不是各自孤立的现象,而是相互诱发相互关联的统一物理现象的不同侧面,其间的关联又受到网络结构和运行状态的影响。这其中母线电压相量及发电机功角状况是系统运行的主要状态变量,是系统能否稳定运行的标志,它们的实时数据的采集和上送,不仅能用于调度中心的集中监视和控制,而且还可以提高电力系统运行状态估计的可靠性,实现电力系统的实时自动控制,解决系统的稳定问题。因此实时同步相量测量系统数据的传送,将是电力系统稳定监视和控制的关键基础。然而实际运行中GPS时钟失步,数据采集单元故障,数据通讯中断等大大影响了同步相量测量系统数据的可靠性。 The Power angle,voltage and frequency dynamic changes are not isolated in power system,but are the different sides of interconnected unified physical phenomena, affected by network structure and operation condition, in which bus voltage and generator power angle are the main state variables of system operation as well as the symbol of stable operation. The real time data acquisition and transmission can be used for centralized monitoring and control in dispatching center and for improving the estimation reliability of operation condition of power system to achieve real time automatic control and to solve the system stability problems. So the real time phasor measurement system data transmission will be important for system stability monitoring and control. However,in practice, GPS de-synchronization, data collection unit failure, data communication interruption greatly affected the reliability of synchronous phasor measurement system.
