摘要
通过对电源点选择的宏观、微观和其他评价因素的分析,阐述了进行厂址选择的重要性和进行经济评价的重点及原则,列举国华电力公司前期项目典型情况和需要关注的问题,为前期电源点选择提供了借鉴。
Through analysis of the macro factors, micro factors and other evaluation factors that select the power point, this paper illustrated the significance of site selection, and the principles and emphases on economic evaluation,listed typical scenario and a few concerned issues in preliminary project of Guohua Electric Power Company. It can suggest lessons for selecting the power point.
