银川市郊大棚蔬菜种植农药接触者健康状况分析

The Health Status of Greenhouse Vegetable Growers Exposure to Pesticides in Yinchuan Suburb

目的根据银川市郊大棚蔬菜种植者农药接触情况及健康检查指标,进一步了解银川市郊大棚种植者的健康状况。方法选择银川市郊在本地居住5年以上的非流动人口,以使用农药情况将农民分为农药接触组192人和非农药接触组94人,进行健康检查,包括血压、心率、腹部B超、血常规和肝功能指标检测。结果(1)与非农药接触组比较,农药接触组的收缩压和舒张压明显降低,心率明显减慢,腹部B超异常率高于非农药接触组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)与非农药接触组比较,农药接触组人群的甘油三酯含量和胆碱酯酶活性明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银川市郊大棚蔬菜种植菜农长时间接触农药对血压、心率、甘油三酯含量和胆碱酯酶活性有一定影响。

Objective According to the health check indicators of greenhouse vegetable growers pesticide in Yinchuan suburb , to investigate the health status of greenhouse growers. Methods exposure to Local rural residents were divided into pesticide exposure group（ 192 cases） and non -exposure group（94 cases）. Blood pressure, heart rate, abdominal B ultrasound, blood conventional and detection of liver function parameters were detected. Results （1） Compared with non -pesticide contact group, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of pesticide exposure group significantly reduced, heart rate slowed down, abdominal B ultrasound showed higher abnormalities in pesticide exposure group （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; （2） compared with the non - pesticide exposure group, the triglyceride content and cholinesterase activity in pesticide exposure group was significantly reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Other indicators of the two groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Long - term exposure to pesticides in greenhouse vegetable growing farmers of Yinchuan suburb had an impact on blood pressure, heart rate, triglyceride content and cholinesterase activity.
