补肾中药骨密片防治继发性骨质疏松症实验研究

Treatment of and protection against secondary osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine Gu Mi Pian

目的 补肾中药用于实验性继发性骨质疏松症模型大鼠 ,观察其疗效 ,并对补肾中药的机理做初步的探讨。方法 使用糖皮质激素肌肉注射制造继发性骨质疏松症动物模型 ,同时分别给予维生素 D3、补肾中药“骨密片”治疗 3月后 ,观察模型动物全身、腰椎及股骨骨密度 ( BMD)、三点弯曲试验、血钙、血磷、血 AKP等理化指标。结果 中药及中西医结合治疗组大鼠血钙、血磷、血 AKP等均高于模型组 ( P<0 .0 5) ,腰椎及股骨 BMD以及三点弯曲试验也高于模型组 ( P<0 .0 5) ,但整体 BMD和模型组没有明显差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论 补肾中药能在承重骨

Objective To observe the effect of a traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying the kidney,Gu Mi Pian,on rats with secondary osteoporosis,and probe into its mechanism.Methods By intramuscular injection of dexamethasone,the animal model of secondary osteoporosis was made. Then,the animals were given vitamin D 3 intramuscularly or Gu Mi Pian orally for 3 months. After that,BMD of the whole body and femur,and serum Ca,P and AKP were determined. Results The values of serum Ca,P and AKP in Gu Mi Pian group were highter than in the control group. At the same time,the BMD of lumbar vertebrae and femur in Gu Mi Pian group was highter than in the control group ( P <0 05); however,there was no difference in BMD of the whole body between the Gu Mi Pian group and the control group ( P >0 05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying the kidney can treat,or protect againt,the secondary osteoporosis.
