摘要
《船舶专用海水压载舱和散货船双侧处所保护涂层性能标准》(简称PSPC)是强制性国际标准,在此标准的实施过程中,青岛北海船舶重工有限责任公司在资源配置、建立完善生产设计及建造工艺、加强过程质量控制方面采取一系列措施,使涂层质量达到PSPC标准的要求。
PSPC （ performance standard for protective coatings for dedicated ballast tanks in all types of ships and double-side skin spaces of bulk carriers） is a compelling standard, under which a series of measures are taken on resources allocation, perfect production design, construction technique and strengthening process quality control, making PSPC achieved for the coating quality.
