摘要
海洋平台修理具有施工难度大、施工工艺复杂、立体交叉作业频繁以及安全管理难度大等特点。文章介绍"南海挑战"号海洋平台修理项目的创新管理,在安全、计划、质量、经营、人才培养等方面取得的成功经验,对推动在海洋工程实现以修带造、拓展海工领域具有一定的借鉴意义。
Offshore platform repairing is a tough work because of the difficult construction, the complicated construction technology, the grade separated operation, and the highrequired safety management. In this article, repairing for the ocean platform, NANHAI TIAOZHAN, is introduced which left us the innovative management as well as the successful experience on safety, planning, quality, business and personal training. It shows a way to develop the field of ocean engineering, promoting not only repairing but constructing.
