摘要
随着我国船舶工业的发展,建造流水作业模式的建立和超大型船体装焊场房的出现,如何治理造船作业中产生的大量烟尘、粉尘成为一大难题,区域置换通风方案较好的解决了超大型场房污染气体治理的难题。区域置换通风在充分利用冷、热气体自身产生动力的同时,采用分层治理方法,最大限度的缩小治理容积,它的投资和运行成本只有全室通风方案的1/7。该方案不仅使超大型场房6 m以下工作空间达到国标相关标准的规定,而且消除了绝大部分PM2.5的气体排放,既保护了工作人员,也保护了大气环境。
As the development of ship in our country, more and more flow process models and sites for super hull in its assembly-welding appear. How to administer the great deal of dust and soot becomes a difficult problem, which is resolved by ventilation with zone substitution. With full use of the power from cold and hot gas themselves, laminating treatment is adopted including minifieation of the treated volume in a maximum and minimum cost only 1/7 compared with entire space ventilation. Under this plan, international standard is achieved for a 6 m working space in a super site and effluent of PM2.5 is cleared up, which protects both the working personnel and the atmosphere environment.
