摘要
针对传统天线测试转台传动系统中采用同步带传动机构会导致转台承载等多种能力限制的问题,提出了一种基于蜗杆减速箱传动机构的转台传动系统优化技术和工程分析设计方法。经对传统天线测试转台的改进和实际应用表明,该设计方法具有刚性联接的大负载能力和高自锁性能,并提高了转台的安全性、可维护性和性价比,可有效拓展天线测试转台的应用性能。
In view of some restrictions such as the load-bearing capability of the turning platforms resulting from the synchronous belt drive mechanism in the conventional transmission systems of the antenna test turning platforms, the optimized technology and engineering analysis method of the transmission system of the turning platform based on the worm decelerator drive mechanism are proposed. It is indicated that the system features heavy load capability and highly self-latching performance with rigid joint realized using the new method through the improvement of conventional antenna test turning platforms and actual applications. Besides, the security, maintainability and performance-cost ratio of the antenna test turning platforms are improved with their application performances effectively extended.
