基于运动控制器的雷达转台控制系统设计

Radar turntable control system based on a motion controller

本控制系统采用雷赛SMC6490作为控制器、松下交流伺服电机作为转台的驱动部分,并添加了手轮控制功能。为了保证转台的控制精度,增加了回零功能;为了保证不超出转台的工作空间,增加了两个限位开关。在软件设计方面,该系统增加了GPS自动跟踪功能。通过实时读取目标的GPS信息,实现了转台实时跟踪功能。

With Leadshine SMC6490 as a controller and Panasonic AC servo motor as a drive part, the turntable control system adds the handwheel control function and the GPS automatic tracking function in software. The home function is added to ensure the control accuracy of the turntable, and two limit switches are added to make the motion not exceed the working space of the turntable. The real-time tracking function of the turntable is realized through real-timely reading the GPS information of targets.
