插管后气管狭窄的治疗进展 被引量：11

摘要 插管后气管狭窄（postintubation tracheal steno-sis，PITS）是气管插管或气管切开后，缺血性透壁性气道损伤瘢痕性愈合造成的医源性疾病。在美国，PITS是良性气管狭窄的首要原因；在我国是支气管结核后第2位原因。
