乳腺癌患者红细胞膜n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸比率检测的临床意义 被引量:3

Significance of detecting n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid ratio in erythrocytes membrane for patients with breast cancer

摘要 目的:检测乳腺癌患者红细胞膜n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸比率的水平,探讨其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法检测68例乳腺癌患者,30例乳腺良性病变患者和30名正常健康志愿者血液红细胞膜的n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的水平,分析n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸比率与乳腺癌临床病理参数的相关性。结果:乳腺癌患者红细胞膜n-6/n-3脂肪酸比率为8.73±0.64,高于乳腺良性病变者的8.41±0.54,t=0.32,P<0.05,也高于正常健康志愿者的3.20±0.75,t=5.53,P<0.01,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者(8.89±0.62)高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者(8.54±0.61,t=-2.345,P=0.022),远处转移患者(9.38±0.23)高于无远处转移患者(8.57±0.60,t=-4.742,P<0.01),有腋窝淋巴结转移患者(9.15±0.43)高于无淋巴结转移患者(8.48±0.61,t=-4.886,P<0.01)。结论:乳腺癌组织红细胞膜n-6/n-3脂肪酸比率水平较高,可能在乳腺癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用;其与乳腺癌临床分期、远处转移和淋巴结转移相关。 OBJECTIVE: To detect the levels of n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid ratio in erythrocytes membrane from patients with breast cancer,and approach the relation of n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio with the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer. METHODS: Gas chromatograph equipped with mass spectrometer was available to detect the n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio in erythrocytes membrane from 68 patients with breast cancer, 30 patients with benign breast tumors and 30 normal healthy donors, and the correlation of n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio in erythrocytes membrane and the clinical pathological parameters of breast cancer was analyzed. RESULTS:n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio in erythrocytes mem- brane from breast cancer group (8.73 ±0.64)were significantly higher than those of breast disease group (8.41± 0.54, t=0.32,P〉0.05) and normal control group(3.20±0.75,t=5.53,P《》0.01). Patients of stage Ⅲ and IV (8.89±0.62), axilla lymph nodes positive (9.15±0.43) or distant metastasis (9. 38±0.23) were significantly higher than those of stage I and Ⅱ(8.54±0.61,t=-2. 345,P=0. 022) ,lymph nodes negative(8.48±0.61,t= -4. 148,P〈〉0.01) and non distant metastasis (8.57 ± 0.60, t= -2. 180, P= 0. 033), no significant correlation was found between n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio and the other clinical pathological parameters of breast cancer(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: The primary results suggest that n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio in erythrocytes membrane may play an important role in breast cancer metastasis,it might be used as a candidate diagnostic indicator in breast cancer.
