摘要
患者男，52岁，主因间断骨痛3年、多发包块1年于2009年2月19日收入院。体格检查：生命体征平稳，无贫血貌，双侧锁骨上、颈部、颌下、腋下、腹股沟多发肿大淋巴结，部分融合，质韧，无压痛，最大者2．8cm×0．9cm，胸骨前、左侧肋骨扪及肿大包块，质硬，无压痛，最大者7cm×10cm。心肺腹无特殊。
