促性腺激素释放激素激动剂在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)是下丘脑产生的1种十肽结构的神经肽激素,呈脉冲式分泌并作用于垂体前叶,产生黄体生成素和卯泡刺激素,对维持生殖功能作用重大。GnRH可分为3种类型,即GnRH1、2及3,其中GnRH1和GnRH2与卵巢上皮性癌(卵巢癌)和子宫内膜癌关系密切,尤其是GnRH2对于卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌和乳腺癌细胞的增殖作用更为重要。GnRH类似物包括人T合成的激动剂和拮抗剂,可作用于GnRH受体,产生一系列激素相关的病理生理作用。本文旨在讨论GnRH激动剂在恶性肿瘤化疗中对卵巢功能的保护作用,以及作为二线方案治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的地位和研究前景。
