本文探讨了陶瓷膜过滤技术在不同柠檬酸料液中的应用,研究了不同规格的陶瓷膜对柠檬酸发酵液、柠檬酸离交液以及柠檬酸母液的分离效果。试验结果表明:柠檬酸母液经陶瓷膜过滤后,质量均有不同程度的提高,但母液中的色素含量变化不大,达不到工艺要求;柠檬酸离交液经陶瓷膜过滤后,杂质的去除能力较小,达不到工艺要求;因发酵液中的菌丝体及固形物含量较高,陶瓷膜直接过滤柠檬酸发酵液不可行,需要先经过预处理。所以,在目前生产工艺条件下,陶瓷膜过滤在柠檬酸料液中应用的意义不大。

This paper discusses the application of the ceramic membrane filtration in different citric acid liquid. Various specifications of ceramic membrane are tested. The results show that the quality of the mother liquid is improved by ceramic membrane filtration, but the pigment content is changed little. The ability of the impurity removal is small for the citric acid from ion exchange process. Because of the higher solids content of the citric acid feed, it is infeasible of the direct use of the ceramic membrane filtration, it needs the pretreatment. So, it do not have any significance of the applying of the ceramic membrane filtration in the citric acid liquids.
