食道宽度的测量——正常与裂孔疝对照研究

Measurement of the esophageal width ——comparative study of normal and hiatal hernia

目的 :探讨食道宽度的正常值及对裂孔疝的诊断意义。材料和方法 :正常组323例 ,男性200例 ,女性123例 ,平均年龄55岁。食道裂孔疝组31例 ,男性14例 ,女性17例 ,平均年龄69岁。测量双对比造影食道的宽度 ,将测量的结果进行统计学处理。结果 :正常组食道宽度为17mm～35mm ,平均宽度为23 19mm。裂孔疝组食道宽度为25mm～45mm ,平均宽度为30 35mm。正常组与裂孔疝组比较 ,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0 001)。结论 :食道正常宽度一般在25mm以内 ,占80 81 %。食道增宽可能是裂孔疝的一个间接征象。

Objective: To evaluate the normal width of the esophagus and find out diagnostic value of the hiatal hernia in the double contrast radiography.Methods:There were 323 cases in normal group,200 male and 123 female,the average age was 55 years old.There were 31 patients with hiatal hernia,14 male and 17 female,the average age was 69 years old.The width of the esophagus was measured in double contrast film and the result measured was counted statistically.Results:The width of the esophagus was 17～35mm(mean 23.19mm) in the normal group and 25～45mm(mean 30.35mm) in the hiatal hernia respectively.Statistically significant exits between normal and hiatal hernia group.Conclusion:The normal width of the esophagus was not more than 25mm in 80.81%.Widening cavity of the esophagus may be indirect sign of the hiatal hernia.
