摘要
开展师德教育评价将为进一步加强和改善师范生师德养成教育提供实践依据。通过因子分析法将师德规范内化为6个成分因子,并构建师德教育测评方程。结果显示师范生的师德认知水平整体表现良好,对教师的职业精神有着强烈的认同感。
It will promote teachcr's morality education of normal students and provide the practice evidence through the evaluation research. Through the exploratory factor analysis, teacher's moral standard will be decomposed to six factors, and then the evaluation equation can be constructed. The result shows that students'knowledge is excellent and they acknowledge the professional sprit notably.
